Memory

Trezable AI includes a built-in memory system that helps the agent remember important information across sessions. Memory works automatically — there is no configuration required.

What memory does

When you tell the agent something relevant about your work, preferences, or ongoing projects, it can remember it for future conversations. The next time you start a thread, the agent already knows that context.

For example, you can say:

Remember that I work at Acme Corp and my team builds data pipelines.

Later, in a new conversation, the agent will use that context without you repeating it.

How it works

  • Memory is automatic — important details are stored as you work, with no setup.
  • Memory is scoped to your account — the agent remembers your context across your own sessions.
  • You can clarify or update what the agent remembers at any time by telling it what to remember or to forget.

Memory complements — but never replaces — your conversation threads. Threads keep the full history of a discussion, while memory carries the durable context that stays useful across different discussions.

Tips

  • State important facts explicitly (who you are, what you are working on) so the agent can remember them.
  • If the agent remembers something outdated, tell it to update or forget that detail.
  • Follow the Work with Memory tutorial to see memory in action.
