Using the App
The Trezable AI app is a browser-based interface for having multi-turn conversations with the agent, tracking its progress, viewing artifacts, and managing files.
The interface
The interface is split into three main areas:
- Sidebar (left) — thread list, new thread button, navigation to agents and settings, and your projects.
- Conversation area (center) — the active thread’s message history and the agent’s work.
- Input bar (bottom) — text input, skill selector, model selector, and attachment controls.
Starting a conversation
Click New Thread in the sidebar. Each thread is independent — it has its own conversation history, artifacts, and state.
Choosing a model
Use the model picker in the input bar to choose which model to use for the current request. The selected model applies to the next message only, so you can switch models between messages in the same thread.
Choosing a skill
Use the skill selector in the input bar to focus the agent on a way of working — for example, deep research or data analysis. The agent also loads relevant skills on its own when needed.
Attaching files
Use the attachment controls to add files to your request — documents, data files, or images. The agent reads them as part of the conversation. See Artifacts & Files.
Working while the agent works
The agent streams its response as it goes. You can:
- Watch thinking steps and tool calls as they happen.
- See artifacts appear in the conversation as they are produced.
- Keep working on other threads — your place is preserved.
Handy controls
- Command palette — jump to common actions with the keyboard shortcut.
- Share — share a conversation or artifact with others.
- Notifications — see updates and results from your work.
- Usage indicators — keep an eye on token usage and credits.
